MADE TO ORDER
All Sarah Lindsey Jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production. If you need something more quickly, message us here and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

GIFT PACKAGING
All Sarah Lindsey Jewelry is carefully packaged in a decorative gift box with tarnish resistant cotton. Each necklace and bracelet is accented with an attractive, hand-stamped and antiqued SLJ tag in either sterling silver, copper or brass. All Sarah Lindsey Jewelry is also accompanied with care instructions and a hand-lettered card describing your purchase.

JEWELRY CARE
It’s simple: the best care you can give your jewelry is to wear it! When you’re not, simply store jewelry in an airtight container to help prevent tarnish and scratches. Gently wiping with a jewelry cleaning cloth will help maintain the luster of your piece. Please avoid liquid polishes and cleaners: the chemicals they contain may damage metal finishes and discolor gemstones, glass and leather.

NATURAL VARIATION IN STONES, BEADS AND METALS
We generally use natural, hand-cut gemstones, although some color stabilizers or enhancements might be used by our suppliers. In addition, due to the very nature of gemstones, some color and shape variations may occur, and should not be considered as a defect. In addition to the texturizing and antiquing process used in many Sarah Lindsey Jewelry pieces, we also incorporate some antique metals and beads in our designs. Each piece is made to order and one of a kind - and any inconsistency in shape or color does not indicate a flaw in materials, simply the wonderful patina created by handcrafting and time.

REPAIRS
We fully stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our work - but should a piece break through normal wear and tear, we will be happy to repair it. Contact us for instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, material and shipping fees may apply.

SHIPPING
Shipments in the United States:
For the protection and prompt delivery of your purchase, I ship all pieces using USPS Priority Mail®.
USPS Priority Mail®: $7.00 (Approximately 2-3 days)
Tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance are included with all domestic shipping.
Shipments to Canada:
USPS First-Class Package International™: $10.00 (Delivery times vary up to three weeks)
USPS Priority Mail International®: $20.00 (Approximately 6-10 days)
Tracking, delivery confirmation and shipping insurance are not available with First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International.
International Shipments:
USPS First-Class Package International™: $16.00 (Delivery times vary up to three weeks)
USPS Priority Mail International®: $25.00 (Approximately 6-10 days)
Tracking, delivery confirmation and shipping insurance are not available with First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International.
Regarding International Shipping:
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed package shipped outside the U.S. - and international customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. 
Please also note that some countries prohibit or restrict the importation of jewelry, stones and precious metals - please check your customs regulations.

RETURNS
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here or at returns@sarahlindseyjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery. When we have received the piece(s), we will issue a refund minus shipping charges. Please note that the unworn piece(s) must be received by us within 30 days of date of purchase - and MAY NOT BE RETURNED without our prior authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
